This explains what Organizized collects, why, and how you control it. The short version: we never listen in the background, and you can delete your transcripts at any time.
Voice and audio
Audio is captured only while the voice sheet is open. It is processed to create a transcript and deleted after 30 days. You can choose not to keep audio at all.
Transcripts
Transcripts are stored in your household’s voice history so you can undo and review. Delete one or all of them in Settings > Voice.
Household data
Events, chores, lists, meals and recipes are shared with the members of your household and no one else.
Connected calendars
Connected calendars show as busy to others unless you choose to share details.
Your rights
Export everything as a ZIP or delete your account from Settings > Privacy. Deleting your account removes you from the household.
